Every now and then, total finder will seem to lock up the simple keyboard shortcuts that are used for the basic functions of Finder (arrow keys to go through files, copy/paste shortcuts, “return” to rename a file…) The strange thing is that if I simply open a new tab, the shortcuts suddenly work again. Is this a known bug?
