TotalSpaces has 3 fixed non-fullscreen desktops

Hello!
First of all, thank you for making this. This was the hardest thing about leaving Ubuntu. It’s such a productivity booster for me.
I have recently ran into this issue where I get 3 non-fullscreen desktops that show up no matter what. I think they popped up when I tried to set apps to specific desktops (since there are only three of them allowed there) . I since deleted that, but I can’t seem with mess with the number of rows/ columns to get those to go away. the min desktops I can have is 6, 3 of which are those. I’d like to just have one. Is this a bug or is there something I’m not doing right?

Config:
External Monitor Only
OSX Yosemite
TotalSpaces2-2.3.6 ( the latest one)

Thank you for your help

Woah not even 5 minutes after posting this and I’ve figured it out. I needed to hit “delete desktops”.

Yes, that’s it!
