At times I cant use the shortcut to create a new folder when i have windows open. I have to open a new tab and then create a new folder. its quite frustrating.
When it happens next time, please look into Main Menu -> File, you should see New Folder item there with SHIFT+CMD+N shortcut, it should be not greyed out. Please try to execute it from the menu. I wonder if it works that way.
I realize this is a bit old thread but I will right click on a folder and expect to create a new folder there. I can’t so I go into the File menu and choose “New Folder”. It creates a folder at the top most parent in the tab instead of the folder I’ve selected. I would really like to see an option to create a new folder via the context menu (right clicking). Am I missing a setting somewhere maybe?
