Finder window flickers during resize

This is OS X 10.9.2 and TF 1.5.22 and just started happening after updating to 1.5.22

happening to me as well 10.9.2 + TF 1.5.22

Flickering of the TF window started happening after update to 1.6.17, running on 10.9.5. Happens continuously on resize, and just once as I start moving the window or stop moving the window; no flicker while moving.
