Upgrading to Mavericks has been my biggest regret. Unfortunately I can’t do anything about it right now but I wanted to mention if anyone had this same problem.
I’m trying to set a default column width for finder windows and the resizing is acting independent for every folder. I recall when I resized a column on one side of the split view, the other side would adjust accordingly as well.
Now when I set a size for column width, the other size acts upon it as if it is a full screen window.
