Merging folders -- not available or not working on my machine?

There are rumours about TotalFinder supporting folder merging (instead of the usual replace or die). I just tested it on my machine running Mavericks and it most definitely is not there. I even made a couple of test folders and tried ‘Replace’ but, alas, it replaced the target :slight_smile: Tried hitting Alt before or after drag/drop.

Is merging supported by TF or not? And if it is, what do I need to do to enable it?

+1 on this - holding ALT to do a copy will allow this behaviour, but I would like to have the behaviour happen by default as a configuration option in TotalFinder

@max TotalFinder does no modifications to the file coping subsystem of Finder. It should behave exactly the same way as in plain Finder.
