Hello, I know this is probably a limitation of how fullscreen apps work, but when an app is full screen and you trigger TotalTerminal, the window will appear in another space. Is it possible to have TotalTerminal show over the fullscreen app ?

You can convert Terminal.app into LSUIElement, it has some side-effects, but it could be a good solution for you:
