Can't modify topbar items and Dual-Mode double-click

I don’t know since when this happens. I’m using Yosemite Beta 2 with TotalFinder 1.6.9 pre-release and there is an issue when you try to add or remove buttons from topbar. Like this:

As you can see the pop-up window position is wrong so you can’t move things that are under it.

Also, in older versions (with Mavericks or earlier OS X versions), you can enter on dual-mode doing double-click on a tab. In Yosemite there is a conflict with something, so when you do this your finder maximizes at same time, so you need to use CMD+U to avoid this.

Also seeing this activity. Can’t customize toolbar. Drop down visor starts at top of tabs instead of below toolbar.
