Total Finder not working in Monterey 12.2.1 (Hackintosh I9 12900, OpenCore, SIP disabled)

Hi there, I would appreciate some help from you guys.

I just freshly installed Monterey 12.2.1 (Hackintosh OpenCore).
I disabled SIP in config.plist (NVRAM, csr-active-config=6F020000).
Before that SIP status was: unknown with different options still enabled (TS kept bugging me about that). After setting csr-active-config=6F020000 SIP is now correctly stating: disabled.

After reinstalling TS I got new pop-up to disable “Library Validation”. I clicked “disable” but TS is still not working.
I find the instance of TS running in Activity monitor but even after restart I still get only Finder.
I tried to disable “Library Validation” with the:
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security.libraryvalidation.plist DisableLibraryValidation -bool true

But still can’t get TS running.

PS: Tried another build on Monterey 12.7.1 before but haven’t had any luck.

Thanks in advance!
