Bind Total Terminal to caps lock

Is it possible to bind the caps lock key to activate Total Terminal?

I’d imagine you could use PCKeyboardHack to remap Caps Lock to something like F13 and then set F13 to be the shortcut for Total Terminal.

I do that with Alfred and it works quite well.
