Circulation not working in either version 1 or 2 of TotalSpaces in Sierra 10.12.1

I’ve upgraded to Sierra (version 10.12.1) and I can seem to update the number of desktops t all in TotalSpaces 2. However in neither versions is Circulation fully working. If I have 2 rows it will circulate from the top row to the 2nd row but it will not circulate from the last desktop to the first desktop.

Very frustrating.

First thing to check - under Circulation preferences did you check the Circulate vertically box?
