Creating gist failed: 401 Unauthorized

My current OS version is Mojove 10.14.4.
But my TotalSpace crashes occasionally (about 2~3 times per day) since I purchased it two month ago.

When I want to create the bug report email, it only shows

I really want to know what causes my TotalSpace crash, how can I fix this issue to generate bug report?

I’m not sure why that error is showing now, I recently fixed this and it should work with recent versions of TotalSpaces2. In the mean time, please send the crash to support@binaryage.com if you can (you can find the report in Console.app under User Reports)
