Folder on Top feature broken on Mavericks

On Mavericks,
Even if Folders on Top Feature is on, when you sort the file list, for example by name, sorts the files by name but folders are not on top anymore.

Also definetly need configurable shortcuts for “copy to other tab” and “move to other tab” for selected files.

I have the same problem on both of my Macs using Mavericks. I was using XtraFinder and thought the problem was with XtraFinder so I upgraded to TotalFinder but realized the issue is with Mavericks. Hopefully, there will be a fix soon.

same problem. folders on top is not working in mavericks

It works if I sort by name.
