With pin visor is it possible to keep TotalFinder always on top of other applications?
The scenario is when I want to drag the content of the browser address bar into Finder to create a shortcut.

No. Pin Visor will just temporarily disable automatic hiding of Visor when you change focus to some other application than Finder. If that other application activates and changes its window level, it can obscure Visor window if it happens to be over it.
Solution: you may check “Show on top of the Dock” in visor preferences. But this has a side-effect that you will obscure your Dock in case you don’t have enabled Dock auto-hiding in system preferences.
I have Dock on the left so the workaround doesn’t help.
Any plans to introduce “always on top” into TotalFinder?
