No support?

I’m one of the many users who cannot re-register their Total Finder copy. Redirected to binary age website to purchase a new license, I expected to find support from the developer, but…surprise. The support page is only a forum with dozens of other users having the same issue but no answer from binary age …

Any time I’ve had any type of problem with TotalFinder, either Darwin or one of the many other users here has come to my rescue. With the Big Sur beta going on, there are always going to be problems with obscure solutions. Perhaps you might just slightly reframe your post as a “Why am I having a problem re-registering my copy of TotalFinder?”
