On a fullscreen mode TotalTerminal has an empty space for menu bar

Hi. I’m using TotalTerminal in the Top-Stretch position and I’ve noticed if I’m opening TotalTerminal over a fullscreen app it “saves” some space on the top of the screen. Like this:

I kind of understand, this space is for menu bar if I’ll move a mouse cursor there, but looks a bit weird anyway. Is it only a my problem?
