Is there a chance for you to add a show folders on top but when arranging by date modified, I know Sierra now has built in the show folders on top if arranging by name but I dont arrange by name but by Date Modified and folders won’t stay on top

Finder in Sierra reimplemented sorting internally because of that new feature. And I didn’t find a fix for my old “Folders on top” code. I would have to implement it from scratch and that turned out to be hard. That is why I had to disable it under Sierra.
I’m going to wait for WWDC and get my hands on next macOS version, investigate the situation there and see what can I do. Multiple people asked for this.
