With Yosemite (10.10.3) and TotalFinder (1.6.17 or 1.6.24) it is no possible to go to Libray with Alt + Go in the Finder menu.
AFAIK it is not possible in basic Finder too. This option was removed by Apple in Yosemite or even earlier.
