TotalFinder not opening in MacOs 10.15.6

Only recently TotalFinder stop working when I restarted. Why? What do I do to resolve it?

If I have to reinstall do I have to reset SiP?

Also, have set it to restart when I restart the laptop. Never does. Is that resolved in a later version?

So manually launching /Applications/ works?
