TotalFinder not working on Big Sur

I updated to Big Sur and since then, TotalFinder is not working. I tried uninstalling and re-installing (the latest- 1.13.4) ; I see totalFinder in Terminal so I know it’s in the background but double-clicking the app does nothing and the app doesn’t show in the OSX menu.

(I’ve run the script and emailed you the result file)

Can anyone advise?

UPDATE- Got a reply from the developer with the solution:

  1. Disable Library Validation:
    https://totalfinder.binaryage.com/sip#mark-what-is-different-in-macos-110-big-sur

(that solved it for me)

  1. Disable SIP, see csrutil status,
    (was already disabled)
