TotalFinder not working on Mojave after SIP-Fix

Hey there,

after being bugged for the 1000th time on Mojave 10.14.1 (18B75) I finally used the SIP-fix (https://totalfinder.binaryage.com/sip). But since then I get the error message “Troubles launching TotalFinder, Apple Events cannot be delivered.”

Restarting apple events does not deliver any solution to this (as described here: TotalFinder does not launch)
A solution I tried as well is using the latest beta 1.11.4.

So, what do I do now?
