I dont know why TotalFinder slowed my finder with beachball for every possible operation in OSX 10.10.5 - Forced me to uninstall it. And the only thing i really miss is CUT/PASTE files. Any idea what that can be?
Hard to say. Ideally you could install it again and try to disable individual TotalFinder features one-by-one to pinpoint the problem. It could be caused by Folders On Top trying to sort huge folders.
