Totalspaces 2.7.6 mojave manually move additional scripting - app blocks on "SIP required"

Howdy,
Macosx 10.14.1 - followed instructions after installing totalspaces2 and rebooting in recovery mode to cp -R the contents of osax to /System/Library/ScriptingAdditions and chown -R root:wheel
Dialog alert pops up saying SIP must be disabled when opening app.

SIP must remain disabled—far less secure, but it’s the only way…
