Trash window no longer appears

I just updated to High Sierra 10.13.3 & noticed the Trash window no longer appears. On clicking the tray can, the Finder window pops up but does nothing else. On re-starting Finder without TotalFinder, all works OK.

Not a big deal, but just something off for now…

Auto-correction strikes again! TRASH can, NOT tray can!

This, I just found out, happens to any folder on the desktop. It will not open with TF running. I just had to re-boot, and it remains unchanged.
