After uninstallation, my icons in the sidebar are still colored and the icon for icloud drive and downloads are damaged. How to get back to the original yosemite sidebar at all.

Haven’t you used some other tool for tweaking your sidebar icons? Maybe http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/40989/colorfulsidebar?
TotalFinder does not modify Finder’s files on disk or sidebar configurations.
There are two possible explanations:
- TotalFinder wasn’t uninstalled correctly or fully and it is still running on your system
- You used some other utility and you forgot to remove it
