Very slow for directories with lots of files

My work often includes research data with directories containing several hundred files. On a recent Macbook Pro, this slows down TotalFinder to a crawl. It takes several seconds for scroll events to show on the screen, and selecting files also takes seconds. It really is unusable. Normal Finder works perfectly fine, though.

Same here - even with directories containing not so many files (e.g. 50) but having many (10) tabs open at once in visor. My mac has 3GHz core i7 and lots of RAM (latest MacBook Pro 15, OS 10.10.2) and almost every click within TotalFinder feels like walking in jam…

If this continues I have to deinstall TotalFinder forever - sadly :frowning:
