After some recent update, I haven’t been able to scale the Visor window vertically. A bit annoying, since sometimes Visor is too tall far dragging something from it to the window below. I have 1.10.7 and my OS X version is 10.12.6. “Free Form Window” is checked in the preferences.

Thanks for reporting. I did some changes in how resizing works and it
looks like I didn’t properly handle special case of Visor windows.

I’m going to investigate this for next release. In the meantime you
can use this workaround:
