I’m here. Are those folders on network drives? How many files are there? How big files? What is the folder structure? What are your Finder settings?

Maybe you could try to disable individual TotalFinder plugins to pinpoint the problem:

TotalFinder hangs (or crashes) Finder at startup

Could you please do some tests on your affected machine? If the issue is 100% reproducible and caused by TotalFinder’s code, we could try to disable individual TotalFinder pieces one by one to isolate binary causing the trouble. It could be that TotalFinder corrupts some regions of Finder memory and that is causing the problems.
